Q1. How can I create my profile or start using FreeMatri.com?
Ans. All you have to do is fill in our REGISTRATION FORM as accurately as possible and then click the SUBMIT button at the end. You will then be sent an email containing a link, asking you to confirm your details. Once you follow this link, click FINISH. You’re profile is now ready for use and can be viewed by other users! Remember it’s completely FREE TO REGISTER.
Warning – Any information you enter in your profile will always be screened.

Q2. Do I have to pay to use services provided by FreeMatri.com?
Ans. “You Do Not Need to Pay” to use any of the services provided by FreeMatri.com. This is what differentiates us from other matrimonial sites. All the services on FreeMatri.com are absolutely free of cost, so you don’t need to use your credit card to use any feature on this site. The only condition is that you must be registered with us.
Warning – Please DO NOT use your matrimonial profile to display your contact details and do not include any content that is vulgar, pornographic or racist.

Q3. How can I change / edit my profile?
Ans. To edit your profile, just Log in to FreeMatri.com and then follow these steps:
a) Under “My Profile” section (on the Navigation Bar of the page), click on “Edit your profile”.
b) Edit your profile according to the instructions provided and click the Submit button at the end of the form.
Images Uploaded by a user in his/her own profile will always be screened & it will only go live after screening. Screening can take up to 24 hrs.

Q4. What is “My Matches”?
Ans. “My Matches” is a separate section which consists of a list of profiles that match your “Looking for” criteria. “My Matches” are generated on the basis of your “Looking For” criteria. Therefore users are requested to fill out the “Looking for” criteria very carefully.

Q5. What is “Match alert” ?
Ans. “Match alert” is an email notification service which is sent to you on a weekly basis containing a list of profiles that match your “Looking for” criteria.“Match alert” notifications are sent to the Email id the user provided during the registration process. Therefore it is advisable to fill in your“Looking for” criteria very carefully if you want to avoid receiving too few or irrelevant matches.

Q6. What is “Looking For” ?
Ans. The“Looking For” section consists of different fields which need to be filled out so that we can generate matches for you. We urge user to fill out their “Looking For” section completely and accurately.

Q7. What is “Show Interest”?
Ans. “Show Interest” is a feature that allows you to express interest in other user’s profiles. It is necessary to “Show Interest” in a user before you can begin sending messages to that user. Interest shown by other users will be displayed under the section “Interest Received” tab.

Q8. What can I do to increase my chances to find my desired partner?
Ans. To help find your perfect partner, follow the given steps:
a) Be honest and spend time filling in the fields regarding your personal information, your family and what you are looking for.
b) Upload a good, clear photo: 70% of all searches are for a photo profile, so it is important to have a photo in your profile. Users can change his/her photo if he/she wishes at any time.
c) Specify the partner profile (“Looking for”): Specify your partner preference in the “Looking for” section. This will help us as well as others users to establish what you are looking for in your perfect partner.

Q9. How can I send Message to other Users?
Ans. The“Send Message” feature is absolutely free to use. This is what differentiates us from other matrimonial sites. The condition is that only Registered Users can send messages to each other. But before sending messages to other users, you have to “Show Interest” in their profiles. Only if that user accepts your interest request can you then send messages to them. If they reject your interest request, you will be unable to communicate with that user.

Q10. Why can’t I send message to the user?
Ans. The reason behind this is –
1. Either you haven’t “Shown Interest” in the user.
    OR
2.Your Interest Request is still pending.
    OR
3. User has rejected your interest.

Q11. I forgot my password, what should I do? How can I login to the FreeMatri.com Matrimonial Service?
Ans. If you have forgotten your password, we can send it to you via email. Just click on the Forget Password Link and fill in the simple form as requested, entering the email id you provided when registering. Once you provide the email id and fill in the verification code an automatic system generated mail will be sent to the specified email id. Now just login into that email account, check our mail and click on the link provided. You will now be requested.
