Overview
This Terms of Use Agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions
which apply to your use of the FreeMatri website and all services offered by FreeMatri.
By completing the registration process you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the

We reserve the right, at any time, to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to your registration. Such changes will become effective upon notification, which we may effect by sending you notice by email and posting a revised Agreement on this website, which you can access at any time using the "Terms of Use" link. Your continued use of our service after notification of such a change has been sent shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of any such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. You agree to review this Agreement periodically to be aware of any such revisions.

As a registered user of FreeMatri, you explicitly understand and agree that:

You are of the minimum marriageable age of 18 years (incase of women) or 21 years
(incase of men) as per the laws in India. Users from other countries marriageable age will apply as per the laws of that country.

You are not disabled by any law from entering into a contract.
3.
You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
Terms and Conditions
(FreeMatri is referred to as ‘site’ and a registered user of FreeMatri is referred to as ‘user’ thereafter)
General usage
1.
The site is only for the personal use of individual users, and cannot be used for commercial gains or interests. This includes (but is not limited to) providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to the site or otherwise.
2.
Organizations, companies, and/or businesses cannot become users of the site.
3.
A user cannot create multiple profiles of his/her on the site. The site reserves the right to deactivate all such profiles.
4.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer, and they agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
Content

All users are responsible for the content and information
blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, and illegal or in violation
of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights will be allowed on the site.

The site reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the Site.
In exercising this right, the site may ask the user to provide any documentary or other
form of evidence supporting the content. The user’s account will be terminated if
the he/she fails to produce such evidence.
Privacy

any other rights of any person;

violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not
limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or
ii.)
is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law.

You will not use the site to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services;
15.
You will not use the site to distribute or up load any virus, trojan horses or do anything else that might cause harm to the site, FreeMatri systems or to other user’s systems in any way;
16.
You will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.
Communication
17.
By becoming a user of the site, you agree to receive certain specific email / mobile communications from the site.
18.
By becoming a user of the site, you agree to receive email and mobile communication offers from the sites affiliate partners.
Disclaimer
19.
The site has the right to suspend your profile without any prior notice.
20.
The site does not vouch for or subscribe to the claims and representations made by users regarding
their personal particulars. Users are advised to make appropriate/thorough enquiries before acting upon
any matrimonial advertisement.

The site reserves the right to involve itself in the event of disputes between or among
the users, though it may facilitate an amicable resolution of such disputes.

All content on the site is owned by the site. Except for that information which is
in the public domain or for which the user has been given permission, the user cannot copy, modify,
publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Any such act or an attempted act on their part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement
and their account is liable to be terminated.

The site will maintain confidential, all personal information as identified by the user.
However, it may divulge such information if required by law.

The user’s account may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other.
Modifications

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Notification of
changes in this Agreement will be posted on the Service or sent via electronic mail,
as we may determine in our sole discretion. If you do not agree to any modifications,
you should terminate your use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service now,
or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will
constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications.
Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FreeMatri, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, fully indemnified and harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of
your representations and warranties set forth above and/or any fraudulent act on your part.
Disputes
27.
If there is any dispute about or involving the Site and/or the Service, by using the Site, you unconditionally agree that all such disputes and/or differences will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in New Delhi, India only.
